- Seesaw organizes like Facebook. Newest journal posts and activities show at the top left. Oldest are at the bottom. Scroll down on the left hand side to see more.
- The 2 most used features in Seesaw are Activities (highlighted in red on the right) and the Inbox messaging (highlighted in green on the right). You can switch between these features by tapping on the highlighted boxes.
- The journal has work that has either been accepted or needs to be reviewed.
- To view all classes, click over the student’s name and their list of classes will pop up.
- If there is a red circle with a number inside that means the student has assignments or messages from the teacher. You might need to scroll down to see all classes.
- If assigned an activity, click “Add Response” to write on the activity so it can be turned in.
- Tools to write, record, type, add pictures, etc. can be found along the bottom and sides of the activity.
- Along the top you can view instructions for the activity, submit a draft that can be edited again later or click the green check mark for final submission.
