Parent PowerSchool Account- Forgot Username/Password

To successfully reset your password, you must know both, username & password, to receive the email from PowerSchool with the link to reset the password. 

If you don't know your username, scroll down to the [Forgot Username] section and follow the instructions to retrieve your username then complete the steps in the [Forgot Password] section to reset your password. 

Forgot Password

1. If you have forgotten your password, click the link on the parent sign-in page to recover it.

2. Click the Forgot Password link, enter your username and email address, then click enter. 

3. You should receive a message on the screen, and shortly after you should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

4. If you entered the correct information, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to reset your password.

5. After clicking the link, enter the required information and click “Enter”

6. You will now be logged in. 

Forgot Username

1. If you have forgotten your username, click the link on the parent sign-in page to recover it.

2. Click the Forgot Username link, enter your email address, then click enter.

3. You should receive a message on the screen, and shortly after you should receive an email with your username listed.

4. The email you receive will list your username for reference.
