Elkhart Community Schools has chosen ParentSquare as our new communications platform. When ParentSquare was launched on October 7th, parents were sent an invite link to register their email address with ParentSquare to receive district wide communications and when fully launched, communicate with ECS staff members.
If you are a parent and did not receive the email, or your email link has "expired", you can still sign up for ParentSquare using the email address provided to ECS during the registration process. There are 2 ways to complete the registration process. Remember that all information in ParentSquare comes from PowerSchool.
Register using a computer
- Go to https://parentsquare.com/signin
- Enter your email address in the "Register" box and click "Get Started"
- You should receive the following message:
- Continue the registration process:
- If you did not receive an email, contact your childs school to confirm or update your email address.

If you do receive an email, click the "Activate your account" button to continue the registration process.
- Select a Password for you account, enter it twice, and click the "Register" button
- That's it, you are now registered with ParentSquare!
Register using the App (Screenshots were taken from the iOS app, Android options, may look different)
- Download the App to your phone
- Open the app and enter the email address you provided ECS during the registration process.
- You should receive an email with a verification code, enter that on the next screen and click "Continue"
- Create a password for your account, and enter it twice, then click the "Register" button.
- Confirm your information on the next screen, and click "Yes, This is Me", if the information matches your information.
- That's it, you're registered with ParentSquare!
