The Canvas Immersive Reader provides screen-reader and other text accessibility tools to Canvas itself. The tool is only functional on Canvas Pages right now and will not appear on Assignments, Quizzes, or Discussions.
Canvas has provided two helpful articles on using the Immersive Reader as an instructor or as a student. Please refer there for the most up to date help.
